Recalcitrant
This was my favorite image from 2019. I went to this spot in Mt. Rainier National Park several times throughout the spring and summer; each trip providing different flowers in bloom. Every time was unique and beautiful but the clouds and sunset this evening were special! The flowers in the foreground are only an inch or two in height, but using a wide angle lens resting on the ground makes them appear huge! It’s the smallest things that make all the difference. Just look at them standing tall to bathe in the light!
