I see the world and seek to find beauty in most places; especially in the wild. An interest in photography began in grade school when I saw an article in a paper about a photographer that scaled the Empire State Building in order to get the right angle for a shot. I understood that photographer immediately and all I wanted for my 10th birthday was my own camera.

Training in photography began in high school and at 18 years of age I won The Kodak Medallion of Excellence and Best of Show and have continued to devote myself to mastering photography. My camera has accompanied me throughout my life traveling on adventures from both Poles and in between studies at Michigan State University in Zoology and Medicine. I currently practice Emergency Medicine in Tacoma, WA and seek to revive my own soul with my camera between busy shifts. My camera provides my window to the world and want to share my vision and unique experience with you.

I realized a goal last year opening my own gallery and have enjoyed sharing images and the stories of the adventures behind them with others. My work is now held in private collections, hospitals and has helped local charities.

Thanks to new technology you can visualize my images in your space! Pick your favorite image(s) and send a photo of the area you'd like to visualize my work in and I'll send a rendition of your space with different images/sizes in order to get a sense of scale and vibe.

Your work makes me happy and calm every time I see your photographs. The whole experience was wonderful from using the Art Placement App, to delivery and follow through.
