Outside My Comfort Zone

Have you ever traveled by yourself? I have, but this trip was for real. I went to Patagonia for 3 weeks by myself...and lived to show the photographs! This place was 16,000 ft in altitude and it is so remote that no established roads exist. You just speed across the barren landscape. I realized that I held my breath while photographing because I was gasping after each shot from the thin air at such an altitude! It was an incredible experience and what was really cool was that I met the woman that was the caretaker of the park who was fascinated with my blonde curls. I was fascinated that she lived here by herself!!!
